2. Eligibility to Use Our Website
By using gadgetxcm.store, you confirm that:

5. Pricing and Payment
Pricing
All prices displayed on gadgetxcm.store are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. GadgetXCM reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you complete your order.
Price Errors
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system error, GadgetXCM reserves the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price, even after an order confirmation has been sent. We will notify you immediately and offer a full refund or the option to purchase at the correct price.

GadgetXCM reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

- The delivery address is in a location we cannot service
- A pricing error has occurred on the product

If we cancel your order after payment has been received, we will issue a full refund within 3 to 5 business days.
7. Delivery
GadgetXCM offers free delivery on all orders across all 11 countries we serve. Delivery timeframes, courier partners, and country-specific information are set out in full in our Delivery Information page at gadgetxcm.store.
While we make every effort to deliver within the stated timeframes, GadgetXCM cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control including public holidays, courier delays, severe weather, or international customs processing.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to your specified delivery address. GadgetXCM is not responsible for loss or damage to products after delivery has been confirmed.
8. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Our full Refund and Returns Policy is available at gadgetxcm.store and forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Key points include:
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items
- Items must be in their original condition with all packaging and accessories included for change-of-mind returns
- Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for a free return, replacement, or full refund
- Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of the returned item being received and inspected
- Certain items are non-returnable as specified in our Returns Policy
9. Warranties
All products sold by GadgetXCM are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms and duration vary by product and brand. GadgetXCM will assist you in processing warranty claims with the relevant manufacturer or authorised service centre.
