Our Delivery Timeframes

We offer reliable delivery across South Africa and 10 other African countries:

South Africa Standard Delivery

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days and delivered within 11 to 12 business days via our trusted courier partners. Total estimated delivery time: 13 to 15 business days. Available to all nine provinces including major cities and rural areas.

International Delivery (10 African Countries)

For all international destinations across Southern and East Africa, delivery takes between 15 and 20 business days depending on your country, city, and local customs processing. We keep you updated with tracking every step of the way.


Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (South Africa time) on business days (Monday to Saturday) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays will be processed on the next business day.

For international deliveries across our 10 African partner countries, DHL is our premium courier of choice. DHL’s world-class cross-border logistics network ensures your parcel clears customs efficiently.

Aramex

Aramex handles international and select South African deliveries, providing an additional layer of coverage and reliability. Aramex is particularly strong across East Africa including Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania.

South African Post Office

Standard Post is available as an economy delivery option for customers who are not in a rush. Standard Post reaches even the most remote South African addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time through our courier partner’s website. If you have any questions about your delivery status, our customer support team is available 7 days a week to assist you.


When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 2 to 3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been handed to our courier partner.


What If My Order Is Delayed?

While we work with the best courier partners in Africa, occasional delays can happen due to high volumes, public holidays, severe weather, or international customs processing. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us directly at gadgetxcm.store and our team will investigate and resolve the situation for you as quickly as possible.


Delivery to Remote and Rural Areas

GadgetXCM is committed to making electronics accessible to everyone across Africa, including customers in remote and rural areas. While delivery to remote locations may take slightly longer than our standard timeframes, we do deliver there. For remote addresses, please contact us before placing your order and we will confirm delivery feasibility and timeframes for your specific location.


Failed Deliveries and Re-Deliveries

If our courier attempts a delivery and no one is available to receive the parcel, they will leave a notification card or send you an SMS with instructions for re-delivery or collection. GadgetXCM offers one free re-delivery attempt on all orders. If a second re-delivery is required, please contact our support team and we will arrange it for you.


Damaged or Incorrect Items on Arrival

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please do not accept the parcel or contact us within 24 hours of delivery at gadgetxcm.store. Take photos of the parcel and the item and send them to our support team. We will arrange a free collection and send you a replacement at no additional cost. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
