• Ultra-Rapid Burner: The hob is anchored by a powerful Ultra-Rapid Burner (approx. 3.9kW), which provides the concentrated heat necessary for intense searing, rapid boiling, and authentic wok cooking (Cast Iron Wok Support is included).
• Versatile Configuration: The 5-burner layout provides a good range of heat, including two Semi-Rapid (ZARtext{1.75kW}ZAR), and two Auxiliary/Small (ZARtext{1.05kW}ZAR) burners.
• Heavy-Duty Grates: All cooking zones are topped with robust Cast Iron Pan Stands for maximum stability and professional durability.

Safety and Design:

• Safety First: Equipped with Flame Failure Safety Devices (FFD) on every burner, the hob instantly cuts off the gas supply if the flame goes out. Automatic Electronic Ignition is integrated into the control knobs for immediate start-up.
