Healthy steam-cooked meals without effort:
Firm vegetables and legumes take a long time to cook and become tender. With fullSteam Plus’ perfectly balanced combination of steam and heat, your food is prepared at up to 120 °C and up to 50 % faster than with fullSteam at 100 °C. This way, more nutrients and vitamins are retained. With the tap water connection, fresh water is always available when needed. As an added option, you can use vacuum-sealed sous-vide bags to lock in flavours and aromas.
