Our Delivery Timeframes
We offer four delivery speeds so you can choose the option that works best for you:
Same-Day Delivery
Need it today? Orders placed before 11:00 AM on business days in eligible areas qualify for same-day delivery. Your gadget will be at your door before the end of the day. Available in selected major South African cities including Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and Pretoria.
Next-Day Delivery
Order before 2:00 PM on any business day and receive your item the very next business day. Available across all major South African cities and towns. Perfect when you need your electronics fast but same-day is not required.
2 to 3 Business Days
Our standard delivery option for South Africa. Orders are processed, packed, and dispatched on the same business day and delivered within 2 to 3 business days to any address in South Africa, including smaller towns and rural areas.
5 to 10 Business Days (International)
For all 10 international countries we serve across Southern and East Africa, delivery takes between 5 and 10 business days depending on your country, city, and local customs processing. We keep you updated with tracking every step of the way.

Aramex
Aramex handles international and select South African deliveries, providing an additional layer of coverage and reliability. Aramex is particularly strong across East Africa including Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania, ensuring smooth delivery in those regions.
Standard Post (South African Post Office)
Standard Post is available as an economy delivery option for customers who are not in a rush. While slower than our courier options, Standard Post reaches even the most remote South African addresses and is a reliable choice for non-urgent orders.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time through our courier partner’s website. If you have any questions about your delivery status, our customer support team is available 7 days a week to assist you.
When Will My Order Be Dispatched?
All orders placed before 2:00 PM on a business day are processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next business day. You will always receive an email confirmation once your order has left our warehouse.
What If My Order Is Delayed?
While we work with the best courier partners in Africa, occasional delays can happen due to high volumes, public holidays, severe weather, or international customs processing. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us directly at gadgetxcm.store and our team will investigate and resolve the situation for you as quickly as possible.
Delivery to Remote and Rural Areas
GadgetXCM is committed to making electronics accessible to everyone across Africa, including customers in remote and rural areas. While delivery to remote locations may take slightly longer than our standard timeframes, we do deliver there. Standard Post and select courier services cover even the most remote South African addresses. For remote international addresses, please contact us before placing your order and we will confirm delivery feasibility and timeframes for your specific location.
Failed Deliveries and Re-Deliveries
If our courier attempts a delivery and no one is available to receive the parcel, they will leave a notification card or send you an SMS with instructions for re-delivery or collection. GadgetXCM offers one free re-delivery attempt on all orders. If a second re-delivery is required, please contact our support team and we will arrange it for you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items on Arrival
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please do not accept the parcel or contact us within 24 hours of delivery at gadgetxcm.store. Take photos of the parcel and the item and send them to our support team. We will arrange a free collection and send you a replacement at no additional cost. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
